Challenge: 

Spinster Sisters is leading the way in the clean bath & body industry with the safest and most effective formulations for a range of award winning products. Spinster Sisters initially reached out due to the need for advertising and content generation support, but we expanded the scope of work to include social media management and copywriting. Our goal is to help grow their social media presence while acquiring new consumers in retail areas and online.

Solution:

The Triarc team successfully collaborated with Spinster Sisters in-house marketing team to identify areas of focus, and create content in line with the brand’s scaling strategy. Our online marketing efforts are primarily focused on customer acquisition and a full scale email remarketing funnel for keeping consumers engaged and up to date on promos as well as announcements.

Within the first three months of working together, Triarc was able to produce a 2.5:1 ROAS on digital advertisements.

Solution:

Our social media approach focuses on consumer engagement and presenting the brand’s offerings in a more premium context. Communicating the value of clean bath and buddy products requires consumer education alongside the assurance that efficacy is never compromised.

Problem: 

We stepped in to create content for social media and advertising that would showcase the products in a variety of different studio and lifestyle settings that would appeal to different target demographics. Prior to working with us video content was not a significant priority, and advised a shift based on our expertise around using video content to demonstrate the products being used.

Solution:

On a consistent basis we film product videos, shoot lifestyle content with models, and create studio content that keeps the website and social media up to date. Our process is highly collaborative thanks to a clear dialogue around vision and goals for the variety of channels that we need to highlight.

Challenge: 

Advertising e-commerce is a complicated process, especially with the constant changes to how conversions are attributed to different channels. Our goal was to create a funnel that sustainably set Spinster Sisters up for long term success. We focused on Instagram and Facebook to reach new consumers as well as retarget the engaged fan base to stay top of mind during sale events.

Our model incorporates video and photo to garner results in a variety of placements that create segmented retargeting pools. The granularity of our retargeting segments allowed us to curate incentives to maximize ROI.

Challenge:

Consumer education is a major focus as clean beauty continues to emerge as a pain point for consumers, and long form content is critical for building trust. Our goal was to work with the Spinster Sisters team to create blogs, newsletters, and email automations that were on brand and created value for consumers in the consideration phase or existing customers.

Solution:

We enjoyed collaborating with Spinster Sisters on blog topic ideation, their brand tone and lexicon, as well as email flow structure to create marketing fundamentals moving forward. Using this groundwork we built out their email automation flows through Klaviyo, created a process for writing and iterating blogs with their team, and assisted in their newsletter outreach program throughout each month.
