Challenge: 

In The Flow goes much further than cultivation through partnerships with other brands, building relationships with dispensaries, and ensuring that anyone who experiences their bud understands that it’s a special occasion.

Solution:

With a tremendous amount of educational resources at our disposal, we needed to create a hub for accessing the information. Naturally, a new website built with educational content at its core was the right move.

Challenge: 

Pages of content do not necessarily improve the customer experience, and so we needed to build a tool that pointed customers in the right direction: minimizing the search journey and making strain discovery a more tailored process.

Solution:

Triarc worked with In The Flow to develop a custom bud finder quiz, native to the site and easy to scale as new strains came to market. This quiz is at the core of the site, but users can also navigate by terpene profile and the type of experience they are looking for. Once folks decide what they want, it’s easy to use the store locator to track down exactly what they’re looking for. The end result was a highly engaging and useful website that pushed people several steps closer to making a purchase.
