Challenge:

Birds & Beans reached out with a straightforward problem: their current consumers were pleased, but they struggled to attract new consumers. The issue was simple; it’s hard to stand out without scroll-stopping media, monetized content, and a consistent brand presence. 

Solution:

We recommended that Birds & Beans work with us to create a consistent posting schedule to re-engage current and former consumers who may have lost interest. Our media team supported the social strategy while also creating assets for advertising. We built a robust system for reaching new buyers (retail and E-commerce) and keeping them interested by combining these elements.

Birds & Beans saw an average of 14:1 ROAS on digital advertising campaigns that were managed by Triarc.

Challenge: 

Before working with Triarc, posting was inconsistent and didn’t showcase the product’s best attributes. Also, there were many missed opportunities to use bird motifs in social graphics.

Solution:

Our social strategy balanced a focus on the products and quality by highlighting the mission behind the brand. Many brands focus too much on their products without telling a story. We shifted a large percentage of our focus to fair trade education, the Smithsonian bird-friendly certification, and the environmental factors that drew consumers to the brand in the first place. 

Challenge:

Making a drink like coffee photogenic and instagrammable requires creativity, and without a dedicated media team, the content being produced did not accomplish what it needed to. 

Solution:

Coffee can be presented in various ways if done well, and the Triarc media team aimed to make every photo trigger a good caffeine craving. Education is an essential component, so we used props to show the best ways to make the coffee.

Challenge: 

Reaching new people and getting them to try a new type of coffee is easier said than done. Without advertising efforts, e-commerce growth was slow and organic.

Solution:

To attract the right kinds of sustainability-focused coffee fiends, the advertising team used various audiences to test responses to sales-focused CTA’s. We developed a full-scale funnel for piquing interest, building trust, and converting folks into buyers based on the initial testing phase. Bird & Beans has a significant retail focus, so we used our retail partner advertising model for advertising in-store promos in specific locations throughout the U.S.
